Unlearning

We inherit stories about achievement, worthiness, and relationships with others as well as with ourselves.

Some serve us.

Some don't.

Unlearning is the lifelong process of discerning the difference.

Through writing, meditation, coaching, therapy and my own lived experience, I've spent decades exploring the beliefs and expectations that shape our lives—and what becomes possible when we begin to question them. I have devoted my life to learning how to unlearn.

Today, I work with a small number of individuals who find themselves wrestling with the quiet feeling that the successful life they've built no longer fits.

Together, we explore the stories, assumptions, and inherited beliefs that shape the way we move through the world—and whether those stories still belong to us.

If this resonates, I'd be happy to hear from you.
